Freshening up your home’s style doesn’t have to cost a fortune. Stay away from those big box stores and get creative! We’re going to give you ideas for redecorating your manufactured home using what you already have. Do a few projects and send us pictures when  you’re done. We can’t wait to get started.
1. REARRANGE
Flip your furniture around, move things from room to room and get creative. Use furniture in different ways, try to open up the room and see what kind of feel you create. It’s fun to play with furniture, it’s a great workout and it can give your house a whole new look. Plus you’ll get to clean under places that normally get missed.
2. PAINT
Putting a fresh coat of paint on old furniture can give it new life. Use a funky paint color for a cool accent piece of use something more neutral to create something elegant and timeless. You can even paint lamps, picture framers and more with an easy coat or two of spray paint. Go wild!
3. FAMILY HEIRLOOMS
Have old family items hiding in boxes? Set them up as unique statement pieces in your home. Take grandma’s vintage serving tray and use it on the coffee table. Or use an old family milk carafe as a vase.  Everything old is new again!
4. Books
Use pretty books as a way to give table lamps height, decorate tables, fill shelves and more! You’ll have great talking pieces and they’ll look nice too. Dust those nice hardcovers off and put them to good use. You’ll be surprised how many functional and fun uses you can find for those page-turners.
5. Bookshelves
Now that you’ve re-purposed your books, you might have some extra space on that shelf. Use it to your advantage and put something nifty there. Display your favorite family picture or put a mason jar full of fresh flowers in that empty spot. Use your imagination and get creative!
